Hi, Is there 24/7 help available at reception? If not, what hours will the the be present at the villa?

The staff live close to the villa. If you are arriving late I recommend you use our son Ketut for your driver he can check you into the villa and help with luggage. I am on call if you need anything after hours. Thanks Made

Hi Villa I, Villa II and Villa III share a large pool you can see in the photo. Generally guests use the pool at different times and enjoy the large patios on each private villa. Villa V has a private pool. Regards, Made

Our villas can accommodate up to 20 guests. Often our guests will do yoga near our pool/patio area. We are located on a beautiful walking path close to Ubud Center, 2 yoga studios are close with classes every morning.

Everything is great! I highly recommend to stay here! Breakfast was great! It came with different fruits, sausage and bacon. We could choose the time we wanted, then the staff would come to the kitchen and prepare. Location is centered, close to most of the restaurants and stores. Easy to get a cab after walking 5mins to the Main Street. Staff are sweet and welcoming. They helped us with luggages when checking in and out, even when we left at 3AM…True appreciate for helping us this early!!! The pool was nice and modern, A/C and fans worked very well! Garden was clean and cute, we took lots of photos.

It was a memorable stay and the service was amazing and attentive
Once passed the main gate/door into the villa is a beautiful oasis by itself with great views to the forest and rice terrace. Very quiet and secluded. Fridge is stocked with eggs and welcome tropical fruits. Wonderful staff and amazing services, very personal and friendly. The staff came and cooked made to order breakfast every morning and cleaned up afterwords. We asked the owner for a special dinner celebration and he did not disappoint. He catered a buffet from his wife's Sigruwa's Warung accommodating our special requests. Be sure to walk out on the road next to the rice terrace in the evening, you will be enchanted with serene sounds fireflies
The only problem we encountered was hot water ran out after several ppl took showers since they use water heater tanks. We stayed in Villa 3 with 8 ppl. The narrow walk from the street to get to the villa was a bit hectic.

Exceptional
Staff here was awesome, super friendly and will do anything to help. Very clean and nice place, the pool and view across the ravine are great.
Not a dislike, but just know it's up the hill above the main road Jl Raya. It's good to be off the main street with so much traffic below, just know it's a little hidden and a bit of a walk if you're not prepared for it.

Beautiful villa in idyllic surroundings in the heart of Ubud.
Loved that these villas are a short walk to central Ubud but set on a walking/scooter path amongst the rice paddies with amazing peaceful views. The villa was clean and beautifully furnished and the infinity pool is heavenly. The staff are very friendly and helpful and come every morning to cook your breakfast for you in your villa made to order. They can help you with any tours or activities you might want to do during your stay. There’s also a great selection of restaurants on your doorstep and a yoga house a few hundred metres away in beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be returning.
